The two biggest things that pop up into my clients minds when I talk about automated lighting scenes are:

1)  I am not wired for that, and I don't want you cutting holes in my beautiful house to run low voltage wires.

2)It sounds way too expensive

Lets take them one at a time:

My house is finished and I do not have a basement or a crawlspace to run low voltage wires for automated lighting.

Relax.

Yes, while there are some low voltage lighting dimmers that require special wiring--

You do not have to worry about that with the lighting dimmers we recommend to our clients.

Why is that?

Because our lighting dimmers are wireless.
Thats right. We will not have to cut, saw, rip or tear one piece of drywall to install these.

That means you will not have to worry about drywall dust all over your furniture and belongings.

It also means when you work with us you do not have to worry about getting a drywall refinisher, taper, sander and painter to make any sheetrock repairs either.

Now before you worry about the quality and dependability of wifi lighting dimmers...

Let me put your mind at rest.

These dimmers do not depend on a wi-fi wireless signal whatsoever.

How can that be? Because they use another wireless technology known as Zigbee.  For years Zigbee technology was used only in commercial applications. They work exceptionally well with home automation lighting dimmers.

By the way, don't worry about how much these dimmers can handle. A wireless dimmer is rated at 1000 watts.  That means it can control a chandelier with up to (40) 25 watt bulbs!

Dimmers also come in white, black and almond in color.

I Am Afraid That Automated Lighting Will Be Way Too Expensive

I thought that it would be also when we first started using this product.

But its not.

Dimmers start at only $99.00 each. (Plus installation and programming).

If you think about that , its really a steal when you compare it to the cost of hiring an electrician to run the special  low voltage wires. Then having to pay someone to repair all of the damage sheetrock. Then don't forget about hiring a painter too to touch everything up!

Granted, if you were to replace every switch in the house, it could add up quickly. Recently we had one of the atlanta falcons replace all 160 switches in his home with these dimmers!

Instead, if we strategically replaced key switches through out your home we could create lighting scenes that would dramatically add beauty,  bring security and convenience to your home.

You can then always add additional wireless dimmers as you can afford to.

Lets take an example or two.

• Can you imagine when turning on a movie the overhead lights turn off and the rear lights dimm slowly to allow latecomers to view the show?

• How about a bathroom break? Pause the movie and automatically the lights turn on at 50% brightness so they can see the way to the restroom.

• A strategically placed motion sensor in the garage can send a signal to the control panlel when your car enters the garage. Immediately, your interior lights can come on so that your wife doesn't have to come home alone to a dark house.

• Exterior security lights come on when you set your security system at night.

• While you are at work, you can go on the internet and shut off any lights that you left on at home.

Really, lighting scenes are limited only by your imagination...
